The sessions are from 7 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursdays. Meditations are 25 minutes, guided or unguided. Trinity United Methodist Church, 3819 Country Club Road, Winston-Salem, will have Messy Church from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday until July 28. There will be a dinner and activities for the whole family. Message the church if you are attending.

Ministries of the Whole Man, 3916 Old Lexington Rd Winston-Salem, will offer mobile COVID testing and a COVID vaccine to people 12 years of age and older from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on June 26. There will be a community drive-thru with boxes of food, drinks, toys, bikes, household items and masks.

Bethlehem United Methodist Church, 321 Redland Road, Advance, The Young of Hearts will celebrate Independence Day and picnic at 4 p.m. on July 2 in the church picnic shelter.
